We’re looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to help transform raw data into meaningful insights that drive smarter business decisions and operational improvements.

ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Data Analyst, you will collect, organize, analyze, and visualize data to support various departments with actionable insights, performance tracking, and business intelligence solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Data Analysis & Insights

• Collect, clean, validate, and analyze datasets from multiple sources
• Identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and business opportunities
• Perform quantitative and qualitative data analysis
• Support strategic and operational decision-making with insights
• Translate complex data into clear and actionable recommendations

Reporting & Dashboard Development

• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations
• Monitor KPIs and operational performance metrics
• Prepare recurring and ad-hoc management reports
• Automate reporting workflows and improve reporting efficiency
• Ensure accuracy and consistency across all reporting outputs

️ Data Management & Quality Assurance

• Maintain data integrity, consistency, and quality standards
• Troubleshoot data discrepancies and reporting issues
• Support database management and data governance practices
• Document reporting processes and data workflows
• Improve data collection and reporting methodologies

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with operations, finance, product, marketing, and leadership teams
• Gather reporting requirements from stakeholders
• Present findings and recommendations clearly to business users
• Support process improvement and business optimization initiatives
• Contribute to a collaborative and insight-driven culture

• Comfortable working with large datasets and reports
• Strong problem-solving and logical reasoning abilities
• Curious and eager to learn new analytics tools and technologies
• Good communication and presentation skills

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
• Knowledge of SQL and database concepts
• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar BI tools
• Basic understanding of Python, R, or data scripting is a plus
• Understanding of data visualization and reporting best practices
