- Advise customers on suitable takaful plans based on their needs and budget
- Promote family takaful, medical cards, hibah, savings, retirement, and protection products
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Conduct face-to-face or online consultations
- Prepare quotations and explain policy benefits clearly
- Assist clients with claims and policy servicing
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Use social media and digital marketing to attract prospects
- Attend training, coaching, and professional development sessions
Pay: RM400.00 - RM16,000.00 per month
