I am working with a top-tier Private Equity practice that is looking to add a mid-level lawyer to its growing team. The firm has a strong and supportive culture, with genuine opportunities for progression and a collaborative working environment.

The practice advises a wide variety of PE clients on complex cross-border transactions across Asia and globally. The team handles a broad range of deal types, including buyouts, growth equity, and co-investments.

The ideal candidate will have between 4–6 years’ post-qualification experience, with strong training and transactional experience in M&A and Private Equity matters. Candidates should come from a leading international firm or a high-quality corporate practice.

Native or near-native English language ability is essential. Mandarin skills are not required but would be beneficial.
