Project Leadership Support: Assist the Design Director in ensuring projects are executed smoothly, on time, and to the highest standard.
Stakeholder Coordination: Proactively coordinate with clients, sub-consultants, contractors, suppliers, and the internal design team to maintain alignment.
Deliverable Management: Oversee project design timelines and ensure all deliverables meet SLD’s quality benchmarks.
Client Vision: Interpret and champion the client’s vision and needs, ensuring satisfaction with the final design solutions.
Design & Technical Coordination: o Lead coordination efforts across all project phases, from concept to completion. o Prepare agendas and detailed minutes. o Integrate and coordinate technical drawings from specialized consultants and contractors with the design team. o Oversee design and construction documentation with precision and strong attention to detail. o Coordinate with contractors on defect rectifications to ensure flawless project completion.
Requirements:
Education: Degree in Interior Architecture, Interior Design, or a related discipline.
Experience: At least 5 years of post-qualification experience in Hospitality, High-end Residential, and F&B projects, with a comprehensive understanding of the requirements and deliverables across all design stages.
Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of finishing materials, construction methodologies, and detailed design development.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, SketchUp, and Photoshop.
Language: Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
