We are seeking a highly analytical, organized, and proactive Business Analyst to support new client development and strategic growth initiatives. This role works closely with leadership to translate business opportunities into structured plans, support new client acquisition, and drive cross-functional execution. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, commercially aware, and comfortable working across teams to ensure alignment and follow-through, playing a critical role in driving business growth by identifying opportunities, structuring clear plans, and ensuring disciplined execution across teams.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct research on prospective clients, markets, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities, gaps, and strategic fit
Support development of prospect strategies, client pipelines, and long-term growth plans, including 3-year plans and key objectives
Assist in preparing client presentations, outreach materials, and business proposals
Conduct market and competitive analysis, including research to support sourcing expansion opportunities across regions and categories
Identify and evaluate networking events, trade shows, and marketing channels as potential avenues for new client acquisition
Assist in preparing cost exercises, pricing models, and initial bids, and support development of business cases and commercial proposals prior to contract execution
Drive client onboarding and ensure a seamless handoff to internal stakeholders and departments, ensuring full alignment on scope, timelines, and deliverables
Liaise with cross-functional teams across regions to align on deliverables, track timelines, and ensure execution stays on track
Assist in building and documenting SOPs, identifying process gaps, and improving operational efficiency
Support preparation and coordination of contracts and key business documentation
Qualifications & Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
2–5 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, or business development support
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into insights
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Proactive, self-starter with a strong sense of ownership
Commercially aware and comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
Retail or Sourcing experience a plus
