Location: Hong Kong
Key Responsibilities
Execute transaction across wallets and platforms and optimize digital asset standard operating procedures.
Direct the management of digital assets and fiat reconciliation.
Oversee the maintenance of precise records of fund movements and financial reports.
Lead the resolution of transaction exceptions and related issues promptly.
Develop and ensure adherence to internal controls, risk frameworks, and regulatory standards.
Assist with ad-hoc projects and operational tasks as required.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Business, IT, or a related field.
Experience: 3-6 years of experience in treasury management, accounting or cryptocurrency operations.
Understanding of blockchain, digital asset management, and custody solutions; familiarity with DeFi is a plus.
Analytical Skills: Advanced proficiency in data analysis and a strong numerical sense.
Operational Excellence: Strong strategic execution, problem-solving, and ability to lead and perform under tight deadlines.
Soft Skills: High attention to detail, strong leadership, and adaptability in a fast-paced team environment.
