The Job
Support the implementation of innovative technology solutions across projects and operations.
Collaborate with project teams to integrate new digital tools and innovative practices into workflows.
Assist in monitoring project progress, evaluating outcomes and recommending improvements.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting during project execution.
Prepare project documentation, reports and technical references.
Organize and support training sessions to enhance staff adoption of new technologies.
The Person
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related discipline.
Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of relevant experience in technology, innovation or digital projects.
Familiarity with emerging technologies such as AI, IoT, blockchain or data analytics.
Basic knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
A proactive team player with an interest in innovation and digital transformation.
