About the role
We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our dynamic B2B Gift team at Eco Art Limited in Ngau Tau Kok, Kwun Tong District. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing and developing key client relationships, driving sales, and supporting the overall growth of our gift products and services.
What you'll be doing
Proactively manage and nurture relationships with existing B2B clients
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your portfolio
Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements
Negotiate contracts and pricing to secure new business
Collaborate with the wider team to develop and implement sales strategies
Provide exceptional customer service and act as the primary point of contact for clients
Maintain accurate records and reporting on sales activities and performance
What we're looking for
Proven track record in a similar B2B account management or sales role, preferably within the gift industry
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
