We’re looking for a highly analytical and strategic Treasury Manager to oversee cash management, liquidity planning, banking relationships, and financial risk management across the organization.

ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Treasury Manager, you will be responsible for managing the organization’s liquidity, optimizing cash flow, supporting financial strategy, and ensuring financial stability and operational efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Treasury & Cash Flow Management

• Monitor daily cash positions and liquidity requirements
• Manage cash flow forecasting and working capital planning
• Optimize cash utilization and banking operations
• Ensure sufficient liquidity for operational and strategic needs
• Oversee treasury transactions and fund movements

Financial Strategy & Risk Management

• Identify and manage financial and treasury-related risks
• Support foreign exchange, interest rate, and liquidity risk management
• Develop treasury policies, controls, and governance frameworks
• Support investment and financing activities
• Provide strategic financial recommendations to leadership

Banking & Financial Relationships

• Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions
• Negotiate banking facilities, credit lines, and financial services
• Monitor banking performance and transaction efficiency
• Coordinate treasury compliance and regulatory requirements
• Support audits and financial reporting processes

Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare treasury reports, dashboards, and cash flow analysis
• Analyze financial trends and provide strategic insights
• Monitor financial KPIs and treasury performance metrics
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in treasury reporting

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with finance, accounting, operations, and executive teams
• Support strategic planning and business expansion initiatives
• Assist in process optimization and financial system improvements
• Contribute to operational efficiency and financial transformation projects
• Collaborate on enterprise-level financial decision-making

• Proficiency in financial systems, Excel, and reporting tools
• Knowledge of treasury regulations and financial compliance standards
