What you will do: - Follows up sales leads whenever required or assigned by the Event Sales Managers/ Executives.
- Prepares and ensures all Events Orders are distributed to concerned department in a timely manner.
- Liaises and works closely with the related operation departments ensuring guests needs and expectation are being met.
- Prepare proposals, contracts and faxes and various types of business letters to external customers.
- Maintains complete and supported records of all Sales Agreements, Contracts and Quotations for the hotel.
- Respond to all telephone calls or inquiries, ensure information/messages are accurately received and relayed to the managers concerned in a timely manner.
Qualifications - Fresh graduates from hospitality / tourism related degree or diploma.
- Working experience in hotel operations in a luxury international hotel would be desirable.
- Good understanding of selling techniques and banquet knowledge.
