Coordinate with sales, product, operations, and technology teams to support solution delivery and implementation.

Maintain CRM records, client data, dashboards, and business reports to support decision-making.

Support testing, user feedback collection, issue tracking, and post-implementation review activities.

Prepare business presentations, status updates, and documentation for stakeholders and management review.
