1.To be fully responsible for the organization and coordination of the management work of the Quality Department;

2. Responsible for internal/external quality communication and exception handling;

3. Have the right to supervise whether any personnel on the production site abide by the standard operation

4. Have the right to follow up and supervise the handling of abnormal quality on site

5. Coordinate the daily work of the quality department

6. Confirm and judge relevant issues according to conventional standards

7. Handle the work mistakes and evaluate the work performance of each position of the quality department

8. Responsible for job training of subordinate employees
