Job Focus:

We are looking for a System Analyst to support the enhancement and maintenance of internal systems. Reporting to the Head of IT, this role is responsible for customizing enhancing internal systems to support evolving business needs.

Job Responsibilities:

• Analyse, design, develop, test, and implement system enhancements and applications
• Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and understand user needs for system changes
• Prepare detailed documentation, including requirements, process flows, and technical specifications
• Design and implement modifications to existing systems, ensuring smooth integration and adherence to best practices
• Support in-house applications and provide post-implementation support, including user guidance during system transitions

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Min 3 years of experience in software development, preferably in Microsoft .NET (C#,VB.NET, MVC) and SQL
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
• Good communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively and work under pressure to meet deadlines
