Conduct dimensional and visual inspections of parts and components using GD&T principles to ensure adherence to technical specifications.

Operate precision measuring instruments, including CMM, micro-meters, callipers, height gauges, and other quality control tools.

Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and CAD models accurately to verify product dimensions.

Assist in developing and implementing quality inspection procedures and best practices.

Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections to ensure product quality at every stage of production.

Responsible for the accuracy and timely inspection and calibration of monitoring and measuring devices.

Performs internal audits to ensure the company's compliance with the QMS and customer requirements.

Hardness check, drift check, size, condition of material during incoming inspection

Finished dimension check, stamping and hardness inspection during final inspection

First piece inspection during in process machining operation

Verification of measurement on jobs during in-process machining operation

Raise incident report for any defects during inspection

Assist in the filling of routing sheet for traceability and retrieval

Verify customer return defects

Provide assistance to Quality Engineer on Incident Reports verification

Responsible for gauge setting and verification for production

Requirments:

Oil and gas experience is required.
