Responsibilities

Lead and manage M&E work scheduling, from shop drawing preparation, material approvals, and mock-ups to on-site execution and final handover.
Coordinate closely with M&E services and other trades to ensure smooth site operations.
Assist in implementing, monitoring, and reviewing the construction management plan.
Supervise and inspect M&E works carried out by subcontractors, ensuring compliance with specifications and quality standards.
Maintain strong stakeholder relationships, including clients, subcontractors, and external parties.
Support the Project Manager in coordinating civil, structural, and M&E works.

Requirement

Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, PEB Board Recognized
Possess relevant experience in Singapore Construction Project
