Position Overview

• Manage 5+ projects across the ASEAN region.
• Business travel is required to perform role effectively.
• Liaise with the project sponsor in Singapore and manage multiple project managers across territories.
• Lead each child-project in the right direction and support project managers in resolving issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to multiple projects simultaneously.
• Support project managers to resolve issues and maintain project progress.
• Ensure alignment with the project sponsor's expectations and organizational goals.
• Manage stakeholders effectively across multiple countries.
• Oversee project performance, risks, and deliverables.

Requirements

• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical skillset and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience in PMO functions and project governance.
• 5+ years of IT procurement experience preferred due to project scope.
• Ability to travel frequently within ASEAN region.
