We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Commercial Support Executive. Reporting to the Manager, this fixed term and full time position is based in Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our Commercial and its’ growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Proposal Support
- Assist in the preparation of proposals, quotations, and engagement letters
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary inputs for client proposals
- Manage the submission of proposals via DocuSign and update VForce on sales opportunities and pipeline progress
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of all proposals and related documentation
Client Coordination
- Serve as a key coordination point between clients and internal teams
- Support the onboarding of new clients, including documentation and internal system setup
- Prepare meeting materials and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation
- Assist in marketing campaigns and events, including updating marketing collateral
Reporting & Data Management
- Collaborate closely with business and commercial teams to support sales activities
- Assist in contract processing and documentation tracking
- Ensure all required approvals and compliance requirements are completed in accordance with company policies.
Administrative & Process Support
- Maintain proposal templates, pricing records, and relevant documentation
- Support continuous improvement of commercial processes and workflows
- Ensure proper filing, record-keeping, and documentation management for audit and governance purposes
Key requirements:
- Minimum diploma in business management, business administration major or any relevant courses.
- Good in English communication skills – reading, writing, speaking.
- Good attitude and punctual.
