Position Overview

As an NGEMR data conversion analyst, you will manage and execute data conversion/migration projects that bring data from legacy systems into NGEMR. You will lead, drive and coordinate activities/tasks including field/content mapping, data extraction, analysis/profiling, conversion/transformation, testing, loading and support for multiple sites.

You will need to design and write SQL scripts for data profiling and verification. You will need to attend assigned Epic training and obtain required certifications.

Role & Responsibilities

• Follow NGEMR Data Conversion Methodology to lead the execution of data conversion projects;
• Assist the development of data conversion project plans;
• Collaborate with project stakeholders and teams to drive the data conversion process;
• Adhere to project timeline and deliverables planned;
• Report project progress and status in a timely manner;
• Support NGEMR go-lives, investigate and fix issues;
• Maintain and support NGEMR data conversion servers and environments.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Science;
• Good communication skills;
• Broad healthcare domain knowledge;
• System integration and interfacing via HL7/SFTP/DICOM experience;
• Good database and SQL knowledge;
• Able to understand and analyze complex workflow scenarios;
• Able to manage and drive multiple projects concurrently;
• Detailed, self-motivated, positive thinking, team player.
