Production Executive

Job Specification

Support Production Manager in managing the production department and increase product.

output while ensuring optimim utilization of resources.

Responsible for planing and managing resources and production requirement to ensure smooth operation

Responsible for enforcing and ensuring proper GMP and HACCP Standard in production

Team player with excellent planning and organizing skills

Estimates workers hour requirement for completion of job assignment.

Adjusts works procedures to meet production schedules.

Coordinate department activities and special projects.

Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned

Supervise Area Supervisor in accordance with company policies and procedures

Management of purchased materials such as raw ingredients and packaging suppliers with conformity monitoring for daily operation use.

Maintenance and upkeep of documents and record are updated and verified promptly.

Support in the implementation of quality objectives

Plan and arrange manpower for maintenance of the factory.

On job training of new production staff.

To achieve customer shipment commitment (Export and Local)

Assist in stock inventory.
