Key Responsibilities

Power Platform Development

·       Design, develop, and maintain solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate.

·       Contribute to the development of AI-enabled solutions on Power Platform.

·       Conduct business requirements gathering and analysis to understand stakeholder needs

·       Propose and implement effective digital solutions aligned with business and IT standards.

·       Maintain well organized project documentation

IT Project Management

·       Support the planning and execution of internal IT projects

·       Organize periodic project meetings and prepare management reports.

·       Communicate with key business users on project progress, issues, and process changes.

Digital Enablement

·       Provide support and guidance to citizen developers who are developing their own solutions on Power Platform.

·       Perform other digital enablement related duties such as internal workshops and training

Required Skills & Experience

Essential

·       Proven experience with developing enterprise solutions on Power Platform

·      Strong in Canvas Apps Development

·      Strong understanding of AI capabilities in Power Platform

·      Strong understanding of the Power Platform Licensing Model

·      Experience with PowerApps Component Framework

·      Experience working with Power Platform Custom Connectors

·      Experience with integrating Power Platform with both SharePoint and Data verse

·      Strong understanding of Application Lifecycle Management in Power Platform

·      Strong understanding of Power Platform Environment Management and Governance

·       Good communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred

·       Exposure to AI Builder, Copilot Studio, or Azure AI / Open AI integrations.

·      Experience with Power BI

·      Experience working with Microsoft Fabric and Developing Data Pipelines

·       Preferred Certifications (Optional) Power Platform Certifications: PL100, PL200, PL400
