Role Objective

We are looking for a dedicated and resilient Site Engineer to join our team at R Square Engineering Pte Ltd. You will be responsible for overseeing on-site operations, managing technical aspects of the construction project, and ensuring that work is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Supervision & Management:

  • Oversee day-to-day site operations to ensure projects align with technical drawings and specifications.

  • Effectively manage and lead a team of supervisors and subcontractors to maintain workflow.

• Documentation & Reporting:

  • Prepare and submit accurate Site Reports and Progress Reports on a regular basis.

  • Handle project claims and ensure all variations are documented.

• Financial & Material Control:

  • Review and manage the Bill of Quantities (BOQ).

  • Monitor and control site costs to prevent budget overruns.

  • Responsible for ordering materials and ensuring timely delivery to avoid site delays.

• Stakeholder Relations:

  • Act as a primary point of contact for Client Management, ensuring client requirements are met and issues are resolved promptly.
