This is a full-time on-site Writer role based in Kigali. The Writer will develop high-quality content for various platforms, including websites, marketing materials, and internal communications. Responsibilities will include conducting research, producing engaging articles and copy, editing and proofreading content, and collaborating with teams to align content with branding and overall business strategies.

• Proficiency in Writing, Creative Writing, and Copywriting to produce compelling and engaging content
• Experience in Content Strategy and Content Creation, with the ability to plan and execute effective content campaigns
• Strong skills in Research, Proofreading, and Editing to ensure accuracy and professionalism in all deliverables
• Familiarity with Digital Marketing and Branding concepts to optimize content for various digital platforms
• Strong communication skills and an ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
• Organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience or knowledge of the tech and HR solutions industry is a plus
