The Role

We are looking for a dedicated and efficient Central Ops, Events Executive to join our new Operations team. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and effective physical setup, maintenance, and set-down of our atrium and event, contributing to exceptional in-mall atriums and event experiences. Job Responsibilities

1. Event Setup & Set-down

a) Assist with the physical setup and set-down of atrium and event displays (non-carpentry), fixtures, and stocks, ensuring all elements are in place according to plan.

2. Inventory Management

a) Unpack, sort, and organize inventory on display & wagon based on supplier participation and the display floorplan.

3. Merchandising Standards

a) Ensure all products are correctly tagged, aligned, and front-faced with their respective Point of Sale Materials (POSM) as per event mechanics.

4. Cashiering Duties

a) Handle sales transactions accurately, process payments, and manage cash float in accordance with company policies.

5. Logistics Support

a) Perform accurate Goods Receiving for incoming stock and complete Goods Returns during event set-down.

6. Collaboration & Coordination

a) Work closely with Store Managers, vendors, and the venue team to complete tasks efficiently and meet tight deadlines.

7. Maintenance & Cleanliness

a) Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the atrium and event areas throughout the event lifecycle.

8. Safety & Compliance

a) Adhere strictly to all safety and operational guidelines during physical setup and set-down activities.


Requirements

1. Availability: Able to commit to shift work, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, or public Holidays.

2. Mobility: Willing to travel across Singapore to various atrium & event venue as needed.

3. Work Ethic: Reliable, punctual, and able to work efficiently and effectively under tight deadlines.

4. Teamwork: Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate seamlessly with various stakeholders, and operations team.
