Job Description

• Manage and monitor daily operations to ensure that all processes run smoothly and efficiently.
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
• Identify areas for improvement in operational processes and implement solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Ensure that products or services meet quality standards and company policies.
• Oversee inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and manage stock to prevent shortages or excesses.
• Ensure that all operations comply with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on operational performance, including key metrics and areas for improvement.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and addressing any service issues that arise.
• Work closely with other departments, such as HR, finance, and logistics, to ensure smooth coordination and support for operational activities.

Job Requirement

• Minimum a Diploma in any field.
• 1-2 years of experience in managing operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
