Job Description

The Blue Pocket (TBP) is looking for an Operations Executive (Events Logistics) on contract basis till end June 2026. The primary focus of this role is to carry out onsite execution and delivery of events. The chosen candidate is required to coordinate with internal departments to facilitate client needs fulfillment. They will operate as the point of contact for assigned accounts and are expected to develop and maintain long-term relationships with accounts. They will also be handling project administration and management of workflow including temp staff.

Job Requirements

- Exceptional project management, and time management skills.

- Highly organised, detail focused, results-driven, and accountable with the ability to handle high pressure last-minute, urgent request.

- Demonstrates strong critical thinking skills and ability to problem solve and come up with solutions and recommendations.

- Ensuring a high level of agency performance on behalf of clients assigned.

- Setting, communicating and maintaining timelines and priorities on every project.

- Carrying out onsite execution and delivery of events.

- Using initiative to problem solve and find satisfactory solutions.

- Coordinating with internal departments to facilitate client needs fulfillment.

- Operating as the point of contact for assigned accounts and expected to develop and maintain long-term relationships with accounts.

- Handling project administration and management of workflow including temp staff.

- Excellent interpersonal skills.

- Proficient in MS Office.

- At least 2 years working experience.

- Possess a Class 3 driving licence.
