Roles & Responsibilities

We are urgently looking for an ICT Executive to join a primary school in the Jurong West area on a full-time, 24-month contract from July 2026.

What You'll Do

• Support the delivery of the school's ICT curriculum across all levels in the capacity of ICT Executive
• Manage and maintain school computing devices including loans, inventory, and stock-takes during term breaks
• Administer and update the school website and social media platforms (Instagram and Facebook)
• Operate and manage the Public Messaging System and room booking/service request systems
• Provide AV and technical support for school events, including setup and operation of AV equipment
• Provide photography and videography support for school events; create and edit video content
• Design posters and banners for school communications and events
• Support teachers in developing resources for the school portal and in delivering ICT-integrated lessons
• Oversee e-learning events and provide support to students and parents on MOE ICT systems
• Administer the school's Print+ service and track computing device loans

What We're Looking For

• Polytechnic Diploma or equivalent qualification
• At least 1 year of ICT-related working experience in a school or educational institution (mandatory)
• Proficient in Final Cut Pro for video editing
• Competent in multimedia software and MS Office
• Active on social media; comfortable managing Instagram and Facebook pages professionally
• Warm, friendly, and genuinely enjoys working with children and teachers
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; organised, proactive, and a good team player

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.00pm. Up to 4 Saturdays per school year may be required (off-in-lieu provided).

Location: Jurong West, Singapore

Contract Duration: July 2026 – June 2028 (24 months)
