Basic information:

• Monday to Friday, 830am - 530pm
• Basic up to $3,000
• Location: Gul Circle (West)
• Career Progression

Job scope:

• Prepare quotations, sales orders, proforma invoices, and related sales documents
• Coordinate import/export shipping documents and shipment arrangements
• Liaise with freight forwarders, suppliers, customers, and warehouse team
• Monitor shipment schedules and ensure timely delivery coordination
• Support payment follow-up and Letter of Credit (LC) documentation
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with trade procedures
• Provide administrative and coordination support to the Sales team
