Project Coordinator
Job Description
We are looking for a responsible and organized Project Coordinator to support our renovation and carpentry projects.
The candidate will assist in project coordination, site scheduling, supplier coordination, and daily project follow-up to ensure smooth project completion.
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate project schedule, delivery, and site arrangement
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Monitor project progress and update management regularly
- Prepare work orders, project documents, and reports
- Follow up site issues and assist in problem solving
- Coordinate measurements, material delivery, and installation schedule
- Ensure projects are completed on time and according to requirements
Job Requirements
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Able to multitask and work under pressure
- Basic knowledge in renovation/interior fit-out industry preferred
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel and basic documentation
- Responsible and able to follow up closely on projects
- Able to communicate with different parties effectively
Preferred Experience
- 1–3 years relevant working experience preferred
- Fresh graduates who are willing to learn may also apply

SGD 2,000 – SGD 4,500
