JOB DESCRIPTION
- Take full command of complex executive calendars — prioritising meetings, appointments, and strategic engagements to maximise leadership productivity
- Coordinate seamless business travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, itineraries, and all related logistics
- Act as the trusted bridge between the executive office and internal or external stakeholders, managing communications and correspondence with polish and professionalism
- Prepare and review executive documents, presentations, and reports to the highest standard of accuracy and professional presentation
- Drive executive meetings and events from end to end — handling agenda preparation, meeting documentation, and rigorous follow-up on action items
- Be the guardian of confidentiality — handling sensitive information with unwavering discretion and the utmost professionalism at all times
- Lead and support administrative and executive support teams to consistently maintain high operational standards across the office
- Contribute to the bigger picture by managing special projects and driving process improvements that sharpen strategic initiatives and office efficiency
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Diploma and above
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and calendar management software
- Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information
