Job Summary
You will deliver exceptional guest experiences and support
smooth front-of-house operations, ensuring guests feel welcomed, attended to,
and well cared for throughout their dining experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet
and welcome guests warmly, escorting them to tables following seating
procedures to ensure a smooth arrival experience
- Build
rapport with guests by providing attentive and professional service
throughout their visit to enhance guest satisfaction
- Manage
reservations and respond to inquiries via phone or email, maintaining
accurate guest records for efficient service
- Assist
guests with menu recommendations and upsell items while addressing their
queries to improve dining experience and sales
- Support
service operations by clearing and resetting tables as needed to maintain
service flow
- Maintain
cleanliness and organisation of the front-of-house and reception areas to
uphold a welcoming environment
- Collaborate
closely with management and service staff to ensure smooth and coordinated
service delivery
- Assist
with inventory management of stationeries and front-of-house supplies to
support operational readiness
- Uphold
grooming standards and comply with restaurant policies and procedures to
represent the brand professionally
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Prior
experience in guest relations, hospitality, or front-of-house roles
preferred; training will be provided
- Strong
communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with guests
and team members
- Professional
appearance and customer-focused attitude to create positive guest
impressions
- Ability
to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and collaborate as part of
a team
- Positive
attitude with willingness to support service operations and contribute to
team success

- 5 days
per week
- 10:00
AM – 9:30 PM (inclusive of meal breaks)
