Company Overview

Food Concepts Group (FCG) has shaped Singapore’s dining scene since 2011 with brands like Altro Zafferano, Griglia Open Fire Italian Kitchen, and 54 Steakhouse, delivering culinary excellence and memorable guest experiences across diverse dining concepts.

Job Summary

You will deliver exceptional guest experiences and support smooth front-of-house operations, ensuring guests feel welcomed, attended to, and well cared for throughout their dining experience.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests warmly, escorting them to tables following seating procedures to ensure a smooth arrival experience
  • Build rapport with guests by providing attentive and professional service throughout their visit to enhance guest satisfaction
  • Manage reservations and respond to inquiries via phone or email, maintaining accurate guest records for efficient service
  • Assist guests with menu recommendations and upsell items while addressing their queries to improve dining experience and sales
  • Support service operations by clearing and resetting tables as needed to maintain service flow
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front-of-house and reception areas to uphold a welcoming environment
  • Collaborate closely with management and service staff to ensure smooth and coordinated service delivery
  • Assist with inventory management of stationeries and front-of-house supplies to support operational readiness
  • Uphold grooming standards and comply with restaurant policies and procedures to represent the brand professionally

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Prior experience in guest relations, hospitality, or front-of-house roles preferred; training will be provided
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with guests and team members
  • Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude to create positive guest impressions
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and collaborate as part of a team
  • Positive attitude with willingness to support service operations and contribute to team success

Other Information

Work Schedule

  • 5 days per week
  • 10:00 AM – 9:30 PM (inclusive of meal breaks)
