Provide technical expertise, especially execution safety and methodology during tenders
Ensure that the tender meets the overhead & budgetary planning targets of the project, and comply to tender & contractual requirements
Work closely with external stakeholders, including clients, consultants and value chain partners
Ensure that commercial aspects of the project are well managed and financial targets are achieved
Oversee and manage the project team to ensure timely delivery according to planned milestone dates in the project, within resources allocated and in compliance with contractual requirements
Work with internal stakeholders and external agencies/partners on development projects from project inception to handover.
Responsible for project management for entire project life-cycle.
Develop detailed implementation programme and strategy.
Develop project brief, requirements, technical specifications for the procurement of consultancy and construction contracts.
Identify project interface issues and work with all interfacing parties to develop mitigation measures.
Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget and meets the specified quality standards.
Able to work independently and lead project teams.
Manage project team dynamics and assign appropriate tasks to the relevant team members.
Requirements
Possess a Master in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 25 years relevant experience in the construction industry especially with deep tunnel experiences.
Must have project management experience in multi-disciplinary engineering infrastructure projects.
