Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Process applications and ensure all required information is complete
• Assess applications based on established eligibility criteria
• Handle appeals and review cases where necessary
• Process refunds for overpayments when required
• Liaise with stakeholders to obtain missing information
• Use internal systems to perform data entry and case processing
• Maintain accurate records and follow standard procedures
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
• No experience required, training provided
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and computer systems
• Able to handle high-volume work with accuracy
• Detail-oriented and organised
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
