1.  Candidates with project experience in commercial office fit-outs are highly desirable.

2.  A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience is required.

3.  Fluent in English, both spoken and written is essential.

4.  Basic understanding of the design and calculation of HVAC systems is necessary.

5.  Assisting with tender calculations, preparing presentation materials for tenders, and participating in tender
interviews.

6.  Must be a team player, capable of effectively collaborating and communicating with clients, suppliers, contractors, and team members throughout the project.

7.  Monitor project costing and progress payment, variation works and cost control.

8.  Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues that arise during projects is required.

9.  Candidates should be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and perform well under pressure
