Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree specialised in marketing, business development, property management or related discipline.
• Experience: 4 to 6 years
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Clear strategic mindset with analytical focus.
• Marketing and product development skills.
• Project management, problem solving, organizational and planning skills
• Business plan and report writing skills
• Computer literate with ability to create business proposal presentation slides including graphics, tables, forms and charts.
• Good oral and written communication skills in English and able to converse in Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gains and customer satisfaction
•  Conduct research to identify new markets and customers' needs
•  Researching prospective accounts in target markets
•  Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
•  Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
•  Prepare proposals/contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
•  Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
•  Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
•  Setting goals for the business development team and developing strategies to meet those goals
•  Attending conferences and industry events
• To comply ISOP for Quality Management System effectiveness and to ensure compliances to the respective development
