• You ship. A messy v1 in your hands beats a perfect v3 that never lands.
• You ask the right questions before writing code — especially "what is this actually for?"
• You catch the AI when it's wrong. Vibe coding only works if a human is steering. We need someone who reviews AI output critically, not someone who copy-pastes and hopes.
• You're curious about the business. The best builds come from understanding why a warehouse supervisor or a sales rep needs the tool, not just what the ticket says.

• Past projects you can show us — side projects, school work, freelance, anything real
• Experience with pgvector, RAG pipelines, or embeddings
• Exposure to MinIO, S3-compatible storage, or any object storage
• Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin (our internal users are multilingual)

We're not a tech company, but we're building like one: shipping internal tools that make our sales, warehouse, and operations teams faster.
The roleYou'll be our hands-on builder for a defined slate of internal tools across our sales, operations, logistics, and warehouse workflows. Scope ranges from customer-facing web apps to mobile-friendly field tools to AI-powered internal search.You won't be designing the architecture from scratch — the stack is set, the direction is set. Your job is to ship working tools, fast, with AI tooling doing the heavy lifting and you doing the thinking, reviewing, and gluing it together.
The stack you'll work in

• Frontend: Next.js 15, TypeScript, Tailwind
• Backend / DB: PostgreSQL (Neon), Supabase Auth
• Storage: MinIO (object storage), Sanity (CMS)
• AI pair-coding: Claude Code, Cursor, VS Code + Continue (DeepSeek)
• Workflow: GitHub, Vercel

What you need on day one

• Comfortable pair-coding with Claude Code or Cursor — you treat AI as a teammate, not a magic box. You read the code it writes, you push back on it, you debug it.
• Working knowledge of Next.js + TypeScript — enough to build pages, API routes, and components without getting stuck on syntax.
• Comfortable with PostgreSQL / SQL — can write joins, design a basic schema, read an EXPLAIN plan.
• Fluent with Git / GitHub — branches, PRs, merge conflicts don't scare you.

Engagement

• Project-based contract, scoped per deliverable
• Cheras, KL — preference for on-site presence at least part of the week so you can sit with the users you're building for
• Compensation negotiated based on scope and your track record
