About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Assistant Security Guard to join our team at Spotlight Enterprises Ltd in the Causeway Bay Wan Chai District. This is a full-time position where you will play a crucial role in maintaining the safety and security of our premises and personnel.
What you'll be doing
Conduct regular patrols and surveillance of the premises to identify and report any suspicious activities or potential security breaches
Monitor and operate security systems, including CCTV cameras, access control systems and alarm systems
Respond promptly to any security incidents or emergencies, following established protocols
Assist with the implementation and enforcement of security policies and procedures
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to security activities
Provide a friendly and professional presence, interacting with staff, visitors and clients as required
What we're looking for
F.6 graduation, 5 years or above experience in a security or related role
Strong attention to detail and the ability to remain vigilant and alert during shifts
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain calm in stressful situations
A valid security guard license or the willingness to obtain one
Physical fitness and the ability to perform tasks that may involve standing, walking or light physical work
