• To supervise and coordinate daily administrative operations within the Purchasing/ Logistics Department.
• To monitor and ensure timely updates of delivery status and estimated arrival dates for all Purchase Orders.
• To oversee the preparation of summary lists for all received documents related to goods arrivals after declaration.
• To monitor and ensure compliance with Internal Audit requirements, including control and corrective action follow-ups.
• To oversee the follow-up process for suppliers’ invoices, document sorting, and supporting document management.
• To review and authorize Purchase Orders before submission for approval by the authorized signatory.
• To ensure Delivery Orders are properly issued to vessels in a timely manner.
• To verify and ensure accuracy of part numbers, quantities, and pricing stated in suppliers’ Delivery Orders against the corresponding Purchase Orders.
• To coordinate with suppliers, vessels, and internal departments to ensure smooth purchasing and delivery operations.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Purchasing, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of working experience in purchasing, procurement, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Experience in supervisory or leadership role will be an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of purchasing procedures, inventory control, and supplier management.
• Familiar with Purchase Order, Delivery Order, invoice verification, and documentation processes.
• Knowledge in shipping, marine, offshore, or vessel-related operations is preferred.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
