About the Role

As a Business Development Manager at IS Ikhlas Suci, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities across the company’s core service areas, including integrated facilities management, hygiene and cleaning solutions, healthcare support services, property maintenance, and related outsourced services.

This role is part of the commercial function and plays a key role in strengthening the company’s market presence, expanding strategic accounts, and building long-term client partnerships.


Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Develop and maintain long-term, professional relationships with existing, new, and potential clients.
  • Build trust and credibility by understanding client needs and offering tailored service solutions.
  • Provide consistent after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.


Sales and Business Development

  • Identify new business opportunities, target sectors, and strategic accounts to build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Manage the full sales cycle including prospecting, qualification, discovery, solution development, proposal preparation, pricing, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Drive revenue growth from both new clients and existing client expansions.


Tender & Proposal Management

  • Develop high-quality proposals, tender documents, and client presentations for private and public sector opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (operations, finance, HR, compliance) to ensure accurate, competitive, and compliant submissions.
  • Maintain organized records of tenders, contracts, renewals, and re-bid documentation.


Market Intelligence & Strategy

  • Monitor industry trends in facilities management, outsourcing, hygiene services, and healthcare support.
  • Track competitor activities and identify opportunities for differentiation.
  • Provide market insights and recommendations to management for continuous business improvement.


Leadership & Collaboration

  • Coach junior team members and share best practices within the commercial team.
  • Collaborate closely with operations teams to ensure proposed solutions are practical and deliverable.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and leadership consistent with the company’s values.


Governance & Professional Standards

  • Work within company policies, procedures, and commercial guidelines.
  • Handle sensitive commercial information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Represent IS Ikhlas Suci positively in client engagements and industry platforms.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related discipline (preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or commercial roles, preferably in:
  • Facilities Management
  • Outsourcing Services
  • Property / Building Services
  • Healthcare Support Services
  • Cleaning / Hygiene Services
  • B2B Service Industries
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyze client needs and develop practical solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented.
  • Willing to travel for client meetings, site visits, and business development activities.
