We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Software Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of web and mobile software products. You will be the central point of coordination between business stakeholders, designers, developers, and QA teams - ensuring projects are delivered on scope, on time, and to a high standard of quality. This role demands someone who is equally comfortable facilitating a sprint planning session, unblocking a developer, and presenting a project status to senior leadership.
Job Responsibilities
- Own the full project lifecycle - from initiation and scoping through to deployment and post-launch review - for web and mobile software initiatives
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with product owners and business stakeholders
- Build and maintain detailed project plans, sprint schedules, and release roadmaps, keeping all parties aligned on milestones and dependencies
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming sessions
- Proactively identify risks, issues, and blockers; develop mitigation plans and escalate where necessary
- Act as the primary point of contact for cross-functional communication, translating technical progress into clear stakeholder updates
- Track and report on project KPIs - velocity, burn rate, defect rates, and delivery against commitments
- Coordinate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and manage defect resolution pipelines before go-live
- Manage vendor and third-party relationships where external technology partners are involved
- Drive continuous process improvement across project delivery practices and team ways of working
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience
- 3–6 years of project management experience, with a strong focus on software product delivery (web and/or mobile)
- Proven track record of delivering software projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies; PMP or Scrum Master certification is an advantage
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and mobile app release processes (iOS/Android)
- Experience working with project and product tools such as ClickUp or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills - able to adapt messaging for technical teams and non-technical stakeholders alike
- Sharp analytical thinking; comfortable working with data to track progress and identify patterns
- Collaborative, calm under pressure, and confident in driving accountability across teams
- Experience with API-driven product development, familiarity with mobile testing workflows, exposure to low-code/no-code automation tools, or experience working in a fast-scaling technology or product environment.
