- Assist to oversee, coordinate and manage the Company’s entire recruitment process including but not limited to advertising, sourcing of candidates, screening, coordinate interview and preparation of offer packages.
- Arrange pre-employment medical check-up, work closely with third party service providers on employment reference checks and end to end administrative duties.
- Arrange for stamping and proper documentation of employment contracts in compliance with statutory requirements.
- Responsible for new employee on-boarding process and update databases for hiring and other staff movement.
- Assist in preparation of employees’ offer letter, resignation, and other movements.
Attend to any other matters/and or projects that may be assigned by the Company from time to time.
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
