We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented candidates to join our MIS team (SAP Support / System Development) in Senai, Johor. Candidates may apply for the position that best matches their experience and career interests.

1) SAP Support / System Development)

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or related field.
• 2–3 years of working experience in ERP (SAP) support is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and user support skills.
• Must be willing to work in Senai, Johor.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide daily ERP (SAP) support and resolve end-user issues.
• Assist in system testing, enhancement, and implementation activities.
• Participate in requirement gathering, business process analysis, and functional documentation.
• Propose and support process and system improvement initiatives.
• Conduct user training and prepare training materials.
• Support month-end and year-end inventory system freeze activities.

2) System Development

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in software/application development. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Required skills: SAP ABAP, SAP Fiori, S/4HANA, ASP.NET, C#, HTML, CSS3, Bootstrap, JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax, Web API, JSON, XML, MS SQL, Object-Oriented Programming.

Job Responsibilities

a) Web Application & SAP ABAP Development

• Design and develop new web application modules based on business requirements.
• Enhance and maintain existing intranet applications and systems.
• Develop and maintain SAP ABAP programs, reports, and enhancements.

b) System Integration & Data Management

• Develop and manage integrations using SAP IDocs, APIs, and interface technologies.
• Integrate backend services, MS SQL databases, and third-party systems with SAP S/4HANA and intranet platforms.
• Ensure secure and seamless data exchange.

c) System Support & Optimization

• Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement bug fixes.
• Optimize system performance and provide technical support to users.

d) Documentation & Governance

• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, specifications, and user manuals.
• Support knowledge transfer and onboarding activities.
