The Process Development Technician supports engineers in developing, qualifying, and improving semiconductor assembly processes across a wide range of operations from pre-assembly to package singulation. This role involves hands-on experimentation, data collection, process optimization, equipment setup, and documentation within laboratory and manufacturing environments. The technician plays a key role in ensuring processes are efficient, safe, high quality, and meet development Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS) and manufacturing readiness goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in setting up machine and operating equipment for process development.
- Maintain detailed logs of Design of Experiment (DoE), procedures, and outcomes.
- Record process parameters, trial results and observations accurately.
- Perform inspections and basic troubleshooting of equipment.
- Support analysis of data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with environmental and internal standards throughout all process development activities.
- Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives.
- Provide feedback on process performance and suggest practical improvement.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
