Job Description :

• Adhere to and comply with all safety and health procedures and regulations set by management/authority, and report to the OSH Committee any unsafe acts, situations, or practices observed.
• Ensure the operation of the cold end area follows the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and complies with ISO 9001:2015 quality standards and HACCP standards.
• Direct, plan, and control overall quality operations within the Quality & Systems department.
• Conduct proper quality checks to ensure products meet customer requirements and standards.
• Report daily activities of the cold end area to the Quality & Systems Manager.
• Attend to, investigate, and report on customer complaints.
• Address workers’ issues and handle union queries professionally.
• Ensure packing standards are strictly followed according to bulk packing specifications.
• Maintain good housekeeping and cleanliness of the working area.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management from time to time.

Job Requirement :

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in any field.
• At least three years’ experience in manufacturing, specifically in a quality function.
• Strong knowledge of products/services, quality systems, theories, principles, and best practices.
• Proactive “can-do” attitude with problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent communication and language skills.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a large workforce.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing operations and processes.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and HACCP standards is preferred.
• Physically able to work in a factory environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,700.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
