Join Our Dynamic Team as a Production Manager!

Our company, a leading player in the automotive industry, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Manager to oversee our production operations. If you have a proven track record of success in managing production processes and a passion for driving efficiency and quality, we want you on our team!

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the production team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and budgets to meet production targets.
• Monitor production processes and adjust workflows to optimize productivity and minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, quality control, and logistics, to ensure seamless coordination.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Production Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality standards, and lean manufacturing principles.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using production management software and tools.
• Expertise in IATF and ISO standards, with the ability to implement and maintain compliance.
• Degree in Electronics & Mechatronics or equivalent experience.
