We are looking for an experienced BIM Coordinator with strong experience in drawing review, QA/QC and technical documentation checking for As-Built / Measured Drawing / Scan-to-BIM projects.

This role is NOT limited to BIM modelling.

We are specifically looking for candidates who are able to:

• check drawings thoroughly before submission,
• identify missing/inconsistent information,
• ensure drawings comply with client/consultant/JKR standards, and maintain documentation quality across projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate BIM modelers and drafting team
• Review and QA/QC drawings before submission

Ensure consistency in:

• annotation & tagging
• dimensions
• title block & sheet layout
• lineweight & layering
• plotting & formatting
• Detect drawing issues, missing items and coordination errors before submission
• Ensure drawings comply with client, consultant and JKR standards
• Assist in developing SOPs, templates and QA/QC checklists
• Help improve drawing workflow and documentation quality

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years experience in:
• BIM/CAD coordination
• technical drawing production
• drawing QA/QC / submission checking
• MUST have experience checking drawings before submission
• Experience in As-Built / Measured Drawing / Scan-to-BIM projects preferred
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit & AutoCAD
• Strong attention to detail and documentation consistency
• Able to coordinate and monitor production team quality

Added Advantage

*Familiar with consultant or JKR documentation standards

*Experience with hospital, government or complex building projects

*Experience developing templates, checklist or SOP documentation

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
