- 按照LQA标准对已清洁客房及公共区域进行每日例行检查,确保房间品质符合要求
- 跟进房态更新,与前台及其他部门保持有效沟通
- 处理宾客投诉及特殊需求,及时提供妥善解决方案
- 监控客房备品、清洁用品及设备的库存,确保供应充足
- 上报客房内的损坏、维修需求及安全隐患
- 指导及培训新入职客房服务员,提升团队整体服务水平
- 协助客房经理处理日常运营事务
The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping team, ensuring guestrooms and public areas are maintained to the hotel's cleanliness standards, including:
- Assigning and supervising Room Attendants' daily tasks to ensure cleaning is completed on time
- Conducting daily room inspections in accordance with LQA standards to ensure consistent quality across all guestrooms and public areas
- Monitoring room status updates and maintaining clear communication with Front Office and other departments
- Handling guest complaints and special requests, providing prompt and appropriate solutions
- Monitoring inventory of guest supplies, cleaning products, and equipment to ensure adequate stock levels
- Reporting room damage, maintenance requirements, and safety concerns in a timely manner
- Guiding and training new Room Attendants to improve overall team performance
- Assisting the Housekeeping Manager with day-to-day operational matters
