岗位职责

客房部副经理协助客房经理统筹管理客房部的日常运营,确保团队高效运作及服务品质达到酒店标准,具体职责包括:

  • 协助制定并执行客房部日常工作计划,合理调配人员与资源
  • 监督日常客房检查工作,确保所有房间及公共区域符合LQA标准
  • 跟进并管理房态,与前台、工程及相关部门保持紧密协调
  • 处理升级宾客投诉,提供专业、及时的解决方案
  • 监督客房备品、布草及清洁用品的库存管理,控制成本支出
  • 协助制定及执行客房部培训计划,提升团队整体服务水平与专业素养
  • 监察团队出勤、排班及日常纪律,确保部门运作有序
  • 定期检查设施状况,跟进维修工程进度,确保客房维护及时到位
  • 在客房经理缺席时,代为负责部门日常管理事务
  • 协助客房经理完成部门报告、数据分析及行政工作

The Housekeeping Assistant Manager supports the Housekeeping Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring the team runs efficiently and service quality meets the hotel's standards, including:

  • Assisting in planning and executing daily housekeeping operations, ensuring effective allocation of staff and resources
  • Overseeing daily room inspections to ensure all guestrooms and public areas consistently meet LQA standards
  • Monitoring and managing room status, coordinating closely with Front Office, Engineering, and relevant departments
  • Handling escalated guest complaints and providing professional and timely resolutions
  • Supervising inventory management of guest supplies, linen, and cleaning materials while maintaining cost controls
  • Assisting in developing and implementing training programmes to enhance overall team performance and service standards
  • Monitoring team attendance, scheduling, and discipline to ensure smooth departmental operations
  • Conducting regular checks on facilities and following up on maintenance works to ensure timely upkeep of guestrooms
  • Acting as the person in charge of the department in the absence of the Housekeeping Manager
  • Supporting the Housekeeping Manager with departmental reports, data analysis, and administrative tasks
