岗位职责

负责监督前台日常运营并带领宾客服务团队,包括:

  • 督导及统筹前台各项日常工作,确保运营顺畅高效
  • 负责房间分配与房态管控,包括抵店前预排房、房态监控及房间使用率优化
  • 担任房间控制员,与客房部紧密协调,跟进房间就绪状态、房态差异及优先清洁事宜
  • 监督入住与退房流程,确保操作准确、高效,并符合既定服务标准
  • 指导及支持宾客服务员处理账务、宾客需求及日常运营事务
  • 以专业态度妥善处理升级投诉及服务补救工作
  • 主持班前会议并提供在职辅导,强化服务标准与操作规范
  • 与值班经理及各部门保持紧密沟通,确保宾客体验流畅一致

Responsible for overseeing front desk operations and leading the guest service team, including:

  • Supervising and coordinating daily front desk activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations
  • Managing room assignment and inventory control, including pre-arrival blocking, room status monitoring, and optimising room utilisation
  • Acting as Room Controller to liaise with Housekeeping on room readiness, discrepancies, and priority cleans
  • Overseeing check-in and check-out operations, ensuring procedures are executed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with service standards
  • Guiding and supporting Guest Service Agents in handling billing, guest requests, and daily operational tasks
  • Handling escalated guest complaints and service recovery with professionalism and sound judgment
  • Conducting briefings and on-the-job coaching to reinforce service standards and operational procedures
  • Maintaining close communication with the Duty Manager and cross-departmental teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
