Job Summary

The Assembly Executive (MO Controller) is responsible for coordinating and monitoring manufacturing orders (MO) within the assembly department to ensure production schedules, material readiness, and delivery timelines are achieved efficiently. The role involves close coordination with production, warehouse, planning, quality assurance, and related departments to support smooth manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

Issue, monitor, and control Manufacturing Orders (MO) for assembly production.

Coordinate with Production Planning and Warehouse on material availability and production schedule.

Ensure all production documents, job orders, BOMs, and work instructions are properly prepared and updated.

Track production progress and update MO status in the system accurately and timely.

Monitor daily production output and report any shortages, delays, or production issues.

Liaise with Assembly Supervisors to ensure production targets and delivery schedules are met.

Coordinate with QA/QC department regarding quality issues related to production orders.

Prepare and maintain production records, reports, and documentation for management review.

Ensure proper filing and traceability of manufacturing documents.

Follow up on pending orders, rework orders, and production completion status.

Assist in inventory control and material usage monitoring within the assembly department.

Support continuous improvement activities to enhance production flow and operational efficiency.

Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety requirements, and ISO documentation standards.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
