Plan, prepare, and manage all aspects of ongoing projects from inception to completion.
Lead and coordinate a team of Project Engineers and conduct weekly project meetings to monitor progress and address challenges.
Work closely with Site Managers to ensure smooth on-site operations, using proactive forward planning and strong organisational skills.
Engage with clients and their teams to understand project needs, timelines, and resolve any site-related issues efficiently.
Collaborate across departments including QS, Purchasers, and Contract Clerks to manage resources, materials, costs, and timelines.
Enforce and adhere the company’s processes while having the flexibility and creativity to react to and deal with unexpected events.
Effectively represent the company professionally in site/client meetings, providing project updates to management and maintaining positive client relationships.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in project management, ideally in construction or infrastructure projects
Strong knowledge of construction processes, with an understanding of electrical infrastructure being a significant advantage.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work across multiple stakeholders and disciplines under pressure and within deadlines.
Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on team coordination and client satisfaction.
We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Proficiency in Microsoft Project will be an added advantage.
